This article walks through the process of implementing your brand into your standard (not Qsite™ Opportunities) Qsite™ status portal. If you are looking for how to setup Qsite™ Opportunities, click here.
The first step is to upload an appropriate brand image to your Branding Image Library, which is found under the "Miscellaneous" section of Company Settings.
Tip: For best results, your Qsite™ status portal brand image should have a resolution of 270wX90h or larger.
Tip: For ease of use, name you Qsite™ status portal brand image with "Qsite" in the name, for example "repair bros QSITE.png".
Once the image has been uploaded to your Branding Image Library, replace the default RepairQ image with your brand image using the Branding Settings.
Find the "Qsite™ Customer Portal" option and select the appropriate image, then hit "Update".
Your Qsite™ status portal will include the selected image.
