How to: Add a Qsite™ status portal link to automated notifications

This article walks through the process of adding a Qsite™ status portal link to a ticket notification.

To add a Qsite™ status portal link to a ticket notification, navigate to the "Notifications" page under the "Communications" section in Location Settings.

There is a new Short Code for ticket notifications, {tracking_url}. This will be available to any notification under the "Ticket Status Change" or "Ticket Notification" notification triggers.
