How to: Add Qsite™ ticket status portal link or QR code to receipts and invoices

Available with RepairQ 1.13

This article walks through the process of adding a Qsite™ status portal link or QR code to the ticket receipt or invoice.

To add a Qsite™ status portal link or QR code to the ticket receipt or invoice, find the receipt or invoice Print Settings under the "Templates" section of Location Settings.

There is a new section under Receipt and Invoice Settings called "Ticket Status URL".

The "Show URL" option adds a one-click Qsite™ ticket status portal link to the ticket receipt or invoice.

Note: Changes made to receipt and invoice settings are applied to future tickets, but do not retroactively update older tickets.
