Business Intelligence - Troubleshooting

Now available with RepairQ 1.11 and above, the Business Intelligence Suite provides a set of visual report dashboards covering the key performance indicators (KPIs) that we have identified as critical to running a retail repair business profitably. Here are a few solutions for common problems you may come across.

  • "You are not authenticated to view this page. 401" error

    1. This error is a result of your browser not being able to accept third party cookies. Navigate to your browser's settings.
    2. Head to the"Advanced" section. Find "Content" or "Privacy" settings, and look for "Cookies".
    3. Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is NOT checked.
