RepairQ gives you the ability to adjust and customize how your invoices are printed out. You can control many different aspects of what is viewed by the customer. Printer settings and printer configuration are not managed in RepairQ. You must install and configure your printers on your device outside of RepairQ.
- Navigate to "All Settings" and click on "Invoices" under the "Print Settings" section.
- Edit the location's invoice settings you wish to customize.
- Customize and toggle the Ticket and Location info how you would like it.
- Customize and toggle the Bill To info.
- Customize and toggle the Repair Devices info.
- Customize and toggle the Ticket Items info.
- Customize and toggle the Transactions, Signature line, Ticket Barcode, Notes, and Warranty info.
- Save your settings.
