Print Template Branding

In the past, you had to work with our support team to add your logos to receipts, invoices, emails, and labels, but now you will have control! New with RepairQ 1.11, you can upload and manage a library of branding images and apply them to your print and email templates as you see fit.

You must have admin access to view and edit these settings.

How to setup Print Template Branding

Make sure you know where your the logo files you wish to upload are located on your computer. You may want to use different files for your receipts and invoices, but that is up to you.

1. Navigate to Company Settings-->Miscellaneous-->Branding Image Library.Screen_Shot_2018-04-20_at_1.01.02_PM.png

2. Drag and Drop your images into the big blue box or click the box to add images to your library.

    Do you have to be an admin to access these settings?

    Yes that is correct Scot. I will update the article to reflect that. Thanks for the heads up!

    When I set my branding images, the old images that I had with the old system are still on the receipts/tickets. So now I have 2 logos printing on the same ticket. How do I remove the images that the support team put in?

    Why is it that even at 900 dpi, it's fuzzy? Are you shrinking it or resampling it?

    Hi Kate. Try editing the width of your image to be less than 3 inches. Then attach it to your receipt print settings and print again. We have found that anything over 3 inches wide tends to skew the resolution a little.
