Pairing Your Qpop Companion with RepairQ
Once you have your Qpop™ companion added to your RepairQ location, you can begin the pairing process. A companion can be paired with multiple terminals at the same time.
Note: Qpop Companions are intended to run as Always-On status for both the screen and internet connection. Most tablets will disconnect from Wi-Fi when the screen times out or goes into sleep mode. When running Qpop, ensure your tablet is plugged in and screen timeout and auto-sleep settings have been turned off. We also recommend enabling Kiosk Mode on your tablet first to ensure that customers cannot navigate away from the Qpop browser page.
If you have additional questions, check out our resources for setup and troubleshooting.
