Tickets can be assigned to any staff member. If you want to find tickets assigned to you then you can use the ticket filters.
- Navigate to the tickets index page (click the tickets link in the main navbar at the top)
- In the filters section, choose your name under "Assignee".
- Click the "Apply" button
To remove the filters, click "Reset."
Without setting any filters, by default the tickets index will show all open tickets that are assigned to you and all open tickets that are unassigned.
