How To: Send SMS or email receipts

You can send the customer a receipt for a ticket through two methods, SMS or email, at any time from the ticket "view" screen. This is the screen you see after saving a ticket, and after looking up a ticket.

Just click on the button with the bell icon as pictured below to send an SMS receipt to the customer, or the button with the envelope icon to send an email receipt to the customer.
