How To: Issue a Partial Refund

Occasionally the need arises to issue a partial refund to a customer. There are a number of scenarios that can call for a partial refund in RepairQ. Follow the link for a detailed walkthrough of handling the situation.

 

 1) A customer has changed their mind about what they were purchasing before the ticket was closed, but after payment was collected.

2.) A price change needs to be performed, using a price override or discount, after collecting payment on the original price of the item (before the ticket is closed).
