The Waived Charge Reports show all of the items where the charges have been waived. Items replaced on a Return Repair have charges waived by default, and items sold on any ticket can be waived by a manager. The purpose of this report is to give you insight into what sales are forfeited due to repair return, rework, or any other scenario that warrants providing a service or an item free of charge.
1. Navigate to one of the reports. There is a summary report, and there is a detail report.
