Refunding a Warranty

Clicking the “remove item” button on the warranty ticket item will initiate a refund via Warranty Life APIs. When the processing is complete it will return a feedback message as follows:

At this point in time, the warranty is successfully refunded with Warranty Life.


Returning a Warranty

You can return a warranty sale just like any other item. When the ticket is saved, refunds are processed with Warranty Life as part of the save process. If any failure occurs with the refunds, the ticket save will cancel and allow for a retry.
