Quotes can be created for customers and contacts. They can easily be printed, emailed, or converted into tickets after they are accepted.
A quote has all of the features of a standard sale/repair/tradein ticket with a few differences:
- Inventory is not consumed
- Quotes are not included in revenue reports.
Quotes also have their own workflows- utilizing the same customizable status system that you use for tickets and repairs. Converting a quote into an active ticket is a one-click process. Once converted, inventory is immediately pulled.
