Contacts Overview

A contact record has all of the same data points as a customer record, but it allows you to filter them separately. You can even initiate a sale, repair, or trade-in ticket from the Actions column. When the ticket is completed, the contact is automatically converted into a customer.

You can also create tickets, quotes, and appointments from a contact's detail screen.
