Qsite Opportunities features are available with RepairQ 1.16, and are exclusive to RepairQ Advanced, and Professional users - If you are currently on a RepairQ Legacy plan, Essential, or another custom plan, please email support@repairq.io with the headline 'Qsite Opportuntities Upgrade' for assistance.
There are a number of settings you can configure for your Qsite™ Opportunities page.
Head over to Company Settings > Qsite to access them.
Theme:
The theme page is used to select the Brand Color for your page.
It also allows you to enable Breadcrumb navigation (shown below) on your Qsite™ Page.
This page also allows you to setup the text that appears if an error is encountered.
Locations:
The Location settings allow you to configure the location search your customer will see.
This includes the search range and location limit, as well as the text that is displayed to your customers.
If you have multiple locations, this page also allows you to choose what locations will appear in the search.
Service Request Types:
The Service Request Type page is where you configure offering services on your Qsite™ Page. In order for this to work correctly, you will need to properly set up item compatibility in your catalog.
Contact Form Settings:
The Contact Form Settings are used to change the text that is displayed when a customer is filling out their information.
Quotes Settings:
The Quote Settings are used to configure the text that displays after a customer submits their contact information. You can also use this page to configure if you want to offer actual quote pricing as well as submitting appointments.
Ticket Settings:
The Ticket Settings allow you to configure the title and description customers will see when creating a quote, and will allow you to see an example of what that page will look like.
Appointment Settings:
The Appointment Settings are used to enable if you allow customers to schedule their own appointments, as well as customize the text shown while they're doing it.
