Ticket Settings Overview

Ticket General Settings allow users to configure settings, requirements, and behaviors that affect your Sales, Repair, and Trade-in ticket flow.

Depending on the role, settings can be modified at the Location or Company, allowing users to customize ticket behavior for their individual location or for all locations.

Note: The settings listed below are visible under Company settings. Selections also available at the location level are marked with an asterisk (*).
